Over two decades in independent schools, I’ve worked closely with students and educators in roles spanning teaching, advising, academic leadership, and school administration. This breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of how students learn, how teachers grow, and how schools function—and allows me to support meaningful, lasting growth at every level of a learning community.
