For Educators
Support, growth, and collaboration for educators who want to deepen their practice.
I collaborate with educators across middle school and high school to strengthen their teaching, deepen student engagement, and think more intentionally about their practice. Some come with a specific challenge in mind; others are looking for space to reflect, refine, and grow.

How I Work
My work with educators is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in practice.
We begin by identifying what you’re noticing in your classroom—what’s working, what feels challenging, and where you want to grow.
Often, the most meaningful shifts come from looking closely at the underlying dynamics of teaching and learning: how students are engaging, where breakdowns happen, and what might be adjusted to better support them.
From there, we develop strategies that are thoughtful, practical, and aligned with your goals and authentic self.
Our work might include conversation, observation, feedback, or curriculum planning—always grounded in your context and your students.
