FAQs

Below are answers to a few common questions. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, reach out.

Who do you work with?

I work with students from 6th grade through college, as well as educators at various stages of their careers.

Do you meet in-person or online?

I am available in person in Palo Alto and nearby communities (including Stanford, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Los Altos, Atherton, and Redwood City), and via Zoom for clients across the U.S. and internationally.

What do you help students with?

I support students in reading, writing, and critical thinking, as well as executive functioning and confidence in their learning. I also work with students who want to prepare ahead or explore subjects more deeply, including preparation for admission to independent schools.

Do you work with students short-term or long-term?

Both. Some students work with me for a specific period of time—preparing for a course, building a particular skill, or working toward a goal—while others continue over a longer term to deepen skills and support ongoing growth.

What do you help educators with?

I collaborate with educators on instructional practice, curriculum design, and classroom leadership, offering space to reflect, refine, and grow.

Do you only work with students who are struggling?

Not at all. I work with students who need support as well as those who want to deepen their thinking, prepare ahead, or explore their interests more fully.
